Cask gravity at XT Brewery, Thursday 3rd March 2016 Pours amber in colour with a white head. I am glad that I persevered with this as initially I wasn?t a fan, but it grew on me. I thought that there was a sourness at first but Loz was right it wasn?t a sourness, I was getting something else and very possibly from the yeast (they used Belgian yeast). Fruity with an almost old fashioned home brew feel, I then thought stale beer flavour but again I am being unfair, I just cannot pin down the flavour. The biscuits (hope they used speculoos) added some body, malty, interesting and certainly improves. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
