Cask gravity at XT Brewery, Thursday 3rd March 2016 Fresh green juicy hops and chocolate. Rich, roasty damn decent BIPA, smooth with a persistent bitter linger, superb beer. This was my first beer of the night and this was the best beer. I wondered at first if this was perhaps XT XPA with caramel or some such colouring added to convert it to a BIPA as it is the same abv, however I am tending to get some roastiness or am I tricking myself, perhaps I should ask Russ’.
