Cask handpump, The Kite Oxford, Saturday 30th January 2016 Dark brown with a ruby glint a a little off white bubbly head. This is a predominantly malty beer, traditional in taste and with a good dose of caramel, I am guessing it’s English Hops, this may well be a rebadge however I have checked to see what else it could be at that abv and nothing is leaping out so perhaps it is one for this pub, I really don’t know? It’s not wowing me but its served in very good nick, it’s just a bit too safe for me, however it’s absolutely fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2
