Pale blond color. Grassy and earthy hop aroma, very strange; carnation (garofano) flowers. Medium malty taste, with a high bitterness, and some hop aroma too. Long final. Odd but quite good.

Bottled. Golden colour, creamy nice white head, lacing. Strong hoppy nose. Flavour is hoppy and malty, with some wet-burnt-wood too. Some weak fruity hints also found. Long dryish hoppy aftertaste. Nice one for 4,1ABV

Bottled (BB 10/2006)
Golden, lively carbonation, good creamy white head, lace. Very nice strong American hops in the nose. Hoppy, smokey-ashy and medium-bodied. Nice malt and hop profile to beer with so low ABV. Only finish is a bit empty - long bitter aftertaste. (8/3/7/4/15 3.7)
Re-rated, Cask@JDW, Southampton
Clear golden color, small white head. Riped peach, grass and lemon in the aroma. Light-bodied. Grapefruity, pale malty flavor, a bit of unclean note. Meh. (6/3/5/3/11 2.8)

Cask at Yew and Ewe, Brookland. After a long cycle this wheat beer was so refreshing it was marvellous, even though it does have some bizarre sour vegetal notes on the nose and on the flavour. Worth a second pint though

Light frothy pilsner like appearance with a very, very dry aroma and a very dry flavour with a bitter finish. Overall a good dry ale.
