A combination of Maris Otter pale malt and fine wheat malt, give this refreshing beer real zest. Add refreshing Yakima Galena and Cascade hops and what you get is a fantastic wheat beer that will hole any passing thirst.

50cl bottle from Tescos - not bottle conditioned. Pale gold with a thick frothy white head; strong dry hop aroma apparent as soon as the bottle is openned; more dry hops when tasted with some citrus, and a more grapefruit sweetness developing towards the end. Very pleasant and drinkable.

(Bottle at Kaisla, Helsinki, on 2008-04-11) Golden and quite clear. Very small white head. Dry palate. Lacking the characters I normally associate with wheat beer.

Cask at the Hobgoblin, Cowley Road, Oxford 15-09-06. Pours very pale goden in colour has a lemony aroma, this is a wonderfull refreshing and zesty bitter beer that goes down well, with a never ending bitter finish. Really enjoyed this but one beer would be enough for me as the flavour tends too stick around.

Tap, Abbotsford, Edinburgh. Clear yellow color, short head. Slightly hoppy aroma. Slightly bitter taste, very watery. Quite disappointing, especially looking at the reasonable percentile.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a small, neatly creamy head. Vaguely citrusy and hoppy nose. Light-bodied and completely dominated by aroma hops - extremely fresh. Light bitter finish. 120206
