Bottled. A deep red beer with a tan head. The aroma has weird notes of spices, blue cheese, and caramel - I don’t like blue cheese in a beer aroma. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of blue cheese, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry finish, where the cheese notes lingers. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours cloudy dark brown with yeast floaties and with a huge, creamy and tan head. Aroma is yeasty and oxidised malt. Spiced and herbal. Light smoked note in the dense malt base, hard roasted and dark breadish. vague chocolate like bitterness. Slight acidic finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a dirty amber with huge floating impurities and a dense and creamy off-white head with good retention leaving laces. Aroma is both phenollic, yeasty and fusty. Solid body, ashes, rotten fruits and mold. Bitter and alcoholic finish. Completely skewed - what a mess! 230310

Bottled@The Chriso Gaylord Tasting. Brownish amber colour with mediumsized beige head. Aroma is honey, some vegetables, some burnt sugar as well as mild grainyness. Flavour is being quite much the same in a rather dull way.

Bottle at the Chriso Gaylord tasting 09. Brown, lasting beige head. Syrupy aroma. Malts aren’t great. Bit too syrupy to be honest.
