Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso va sull'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di perlage dalle bollicine fini. La carbonazione è bassa. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio e l'amaro è medio: non si surclassano. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la costanza gustativa sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane e cereali.

33 cl bottle, 1.50€, 5%.Dark gold beer, clear slightly hazed, yeast in the bottom of the bottle. Small white head with a good retention and a nice lace lasting until the end, sparkling. Nose of lager malts. Very smooth moutfeel. Sweet malts with some dusty fruity notes, moderate herbal tones and light yeast. Medium body, sticky lips, oily palate, soft carbonation, sweet finish. A simple and nice microbrew product, would be interesting to add some more hops.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours hazy golden with a small creamy lasting head and lacings. Flavor is fresh and crisp. Grassy, yeasty and grainy with a touch of caramel. Medium bodied.

Bottle 750ml. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, caramel, light hoppy, dusty flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Cloudy golden with a tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with yeasty hints. Flavour was sweet and yeasty with malty and fruity hints. Finished sweet.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a deep golden with tiny impurities and a white head. Clean malty nose. Medium body, sweet and malty with a little caramel and fruit and a whiff of metal. No real bitterness. 200210

Bottle, 5%. Mild teaish aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is faintly grassy, has a little caramelly malt, but sort of light malt. Not so interesting.
