Bottle from Eataly, Genoa, consumed at home Tuesday 14th February 2017 (a departure from the norm’, sees us drinking on a Tuesday night, oops) Hazy, murky dirty gold with a white head, nice spicey edge, a little sweet, but jolly drinkable. Lovely soft mouthful, quite an interesting streaky, fruity but Belgian yeasty tinged taste. Really nice. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Medium bodied with bite, moderate carbonation. Pretty mediocre stuff - didn’t inpsire me enough to have again!

Purchased at Johnny’s Off License, Vatican area, April 2009. I think the photo is my bottle. It is one of the prettiest bottles of any beer around. Opaque orange appearance, with a sizeable white head. It has the Italian/Belgian yeast quality found in so many of these Italian made Belgian styles. Sweet with sugar, and light spice. This is a good tripel. Enough alcohol, but not so much that I smell or taste it, and that is how I prefer my tripel.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, fresh and over ripe fruits, dusty hops, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, alcohol, and yeast, leading to a dry, alcoholic finish. The alcohol leaves a slight burn in the mouth. Thanks yespr for sharing.

75cl bottle @ Brewery. Pours unclear golden with a fine lasting white head and lacings. Fruity, sticky, yeasty, herbal, smooth. Warmth from alcohol. Rather simple but very tasty.

Quite a gusher, cloudy amber color; small head. Nice spicy aroma, coriander. Good body strength, malt flavor, spicyness from the yeast, a bit yeasty. Quite strong bitterness. Solid and well brewed.
