16/07/2011 Open Baladin Roma (tap). Servita in teku. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. E’ comunque una ottima bevuta.

On tap. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy and almost opaque golden with a rough off-white head. Quite sweet and fruity nose - also with a rather spicy touch - cardamom? Full-bodied, lots of malt and sweet fruit while the bitterness is fairly discreet. Lightly yeasty also. Perhaps a bit on the sweet side. 040610

Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Yeasty aroma with cookie spices, a touch of tropical fruit and herbal hops. Sweetish yeasty flavour with complex fruit and spice. Could get slightly cloying in large quantities

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of fruit on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, grass, spices, and perfume, leading to a dry hoppy finish.

4th June 2010 - On tap at Bir & Fud bar (opposite the restaurant). Cloudy amber beer. Dry palate. Soapy dry hops. Peppery as well. Sweet undertone. Pretty unpleasant and a gutter pour in the alleys of Rome!

Tap @ Ma Che Siete, Rome. Pours unclear orange with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is yeast and herbs. Very herbal flavor reminding me of manuer/vomit. Some bitter hops. In a way drinkable

Draught at Italian Beer Festival 2010
Cloudy blond color. Sweet Triple, with a simple malt profile, not much spices, light bubblegum flavor, and unfortunately a trace of vegetables; the alcohol warmth can be perceived, in the end. I’m not saying it’s bad, but it’s simplistic.
