Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di orzo e di speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano note di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, erba, agrumi e spezie.

Bottled@SBWF2014. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized quickly vanishing white head. Aroma is almonds, some grass and mild herbal tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some grass, herbs and mild almond/marzipan elements with some slight earthy notes.

Bottle courtesy of daniele, grazie. Almost clear hay color, tick and irregular white foam. Nose: spicy, green pepper, balsamic. Mouth: tart-astringent start, vaguely spicy and bitter. Perhaps does not give its best in bottle? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, coarse head. Marzipan and grass up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Milky marzipan and grass. Low bitterness.

Sample at SBWF 2014. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of hops, hay, some light malt and pineapple. Relaxed and easy to drink. An ok one.

GBBF Day 2. Bottle. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crisp. Minerals. Light dry malts. Lemon and a pinch of herb. Dry floral bitterness. Light crisp finish. Tasty but dry.

Sampled from bottle @ ChrisO after GBBF day 3. Clear slightly pale yellow color, decent sized fair lacing white head. Aroma is lightly malts, lightly yeasty, some herbs and spices. Taste lightly malts, again yeasty and herbs or spices, lightly bitter, a slight hint of citrus. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.
