Generosamente luppolata, radiosa, prodiga di bevibilità, offre intense e variegate note vegetali, che maturano in fiore, frutto fresco, agrume, miele. Dal tappeto erbaceo freschissimo emergono speziature tenui. L’amaro finale è una goccia di pioggia, sul luppolo della chiesetta di San Dalmazzo. In profumo di natura.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is herbal, hoppy. Bitter, estery and light fruity. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter and dry estery into the finish.

Bottle 375ml.Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, moderate to heavy yeasty, coriander, tripel alike. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091108]

Draught at Salone della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2008, Milan
Muddy blond color. Grassy hops aroma, light manure, spices, and some chemicals too. The mouthfeel is too dry and aggressive here too, quite weak (not much malt), and it has a very strong bitterness, almost extreme, disturbing. Unbalanced.
