Dark golden colour with no head. It's a fairly earthy base flavour. Sweetish but not overly so, kind of honeyed sweetness.

Bottle @ Pøt Strandby. Pours clear golden with a fast fading white head. Aroma of apples, light tartness, yeast, light barnyard, tart apples, apple core. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, light yeast, barnyard, tart and red apples, apple peel, light wood. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry finish. Refreshing. 141121

75cl bottle shared with Soph in Eecke. Pours gold with a light mist, vibrant fleshy sweet fruit on the nose. Crisp palate, fresh and fruity brut character, a touch sour perhaps. Good.
