Draft at Van Moll. Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is big spicy upfront, cardamom, star anise, orange peel and light malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Unclear dark brown color, full sized beige to light brown colored head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is malts, spices. Hmm I could potentially not like this at all. Taste malts, a little bit sweetish, herbs or spices, malt bitterness. A bit fizzy carbonation, medium body. Alright, but not my thing. The spices just annoy me terribly even though they’re not dominant or overpowering and actually quite balanced. I just hate it, as well as orangepeel.
