Der hopfig-würzige Antrunk ist durch alkoholisch-grasige Noten etwas disharmonisch. Das Bier wirkt weder besonders frisch noch wirklich intensiv, das Malz ist dafür zu mild, auch wenn es sich im Verlauf noch steigert. Wenig herb, etwas grasig, minimal zitronig. Zum Ende auch klebrig, hellmalzig und hölzern, leicht hopfig. Trinkbares Bier, das aber entweder frischer oder intensiver sein sollte.

Bottle 500ml. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, molasses, sugar, dark toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Clear golden with a tiny short lasting head. Sweet malty aroma with fruity and caramelish notes. Sweet flavour with malt, caramel and grassy hops. Finished bitter.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a dry strawy finish.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty with a touch of barnyard, honey-ish fruity notes and herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Malt-accented taste, soft notes of honey and herbal effects in the background; moderately sweet, slightly bitter finish. Aromatic and clean beer, a bit to far on the sweet side.
