Poured a clear gold with not much head. Aroma was somewhat floral, caramel and spice. Flavor was about the same. Pretty good for the style

The bottle looks very, very good, the beer in the glass also. Zippy, nice head. Starts hoppy-dry, not too much, modest bitter. Sourish notes in the background make the beer interesting. Well balanced finish, still nicely hoppy. Great beer!

Bottle, 5.1%. Clear pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is OK malty, but there is also an underlying grainy note. Almost clean finish.

Draught Clear-golden yellow beer with small snow-white head. Dry grains nose, bit "herb", bit grassy. Very dry, straw-like grainy flavour, some grassiness. It does not fall flat, but instead the taste goes completely dry, as dry bread. Hops, all the same, finish the picture. Despite the initial creamy onset in texture, it’s bone-dry. Very lingering MF, taste turning into something as nettle cheese. Hoppy, but especially ultra-dry Pilsener.
