Schwach hopfig. 6/7/7/6//7

Slightly hazy with a thin head. More herbal nose with light bready malts. Refreshing full-bodied. A touch drier than the hell, with more spicy hop character. An even better take on the rustic Franconian lager concept than the Urtyp. Delicious.

Draught@brewpub. Pale yellow colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Lots of lace. Aroma is bready malts, some hints of grass and yeast. Flavour is bigtime yeasty along with slight citrusacidic notes. Also some mild grassy and diacetylic notes. As it warms up it gets a bit honeyish as well.
