0,5l, 12.05.14 LA011
The beer starts smooth and light, but not watery. The mainpart has a slightly refreshing-sourish aroma, which fits in very well. The typical sourish-bitter Gaffel-aroma is there, but not as intense (and not as pushy) as in the "normal" beer. Smooth and easy to drink. Slightly grainy in the aftertaste, slightly bitter.
I must confess I like this one better than the normal Gaffel Kölsch! --> 12/12/11/12

Bottled. Clear yellow, rich airy head. Fruity salty nose with some vegetables. Sweetish with very light body. There’s salty hops, some vegetables and mid strength resiny bitterness. Not too shabby for a commercial 2.4% beer.

Grauenhaft! Test vom 6.4.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 5,5,4,1,9,2 - 3,25
