Cloudy, almost milky coloured body with a thin, very fast-dying (as usual) pure white head that shows a nice glow and is slightly crisp tinted. Aroma of very dry and crisp apple and yeast elements with the faintest dose of star anise and coriander seed with some light canella towards the finish, but a tiny dose of yeast and bread as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong apple and slight spiced pear flavour that shows some sweetness, but the majority of the flavours here are dry and crisp with a good apple note, but more from the dry and floral notes than anything else. Aftertaste shows the dry, floral and almost grassy notes from the apples with some slight sweetness, but more of the spices noticeable and a good hit of yeast and bread. Overall, a nice and crisp cider with a very dry vibe with a good compelxity from the spices and yeast elements, but crisp and fairly easy-going throughout, but not easy-drinking, due to the dry quality. I sampled this 75 cL corked and caged bottle, purchased from Costco in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 05-June-2019 for US$6,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on my second daughter's sixth birthday party on 16-January-2021 - Happy Birthday Paige!

Half liter bottle from Beer Run, 4/18/20. Hazy yellow, thin fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of dry apple, pear, earth, a hint of lemon and funk. Taste is leaves, dandelion, dry and sweet apple, honey, pear, earth. Medium bodied, soft but moderate carb. Nice.

750ml bottle from Costco pours a clear, lime gold with zero head. Nose had apple juice and butter, light sulfur, light soap. Flavor is medium sweet apple and sulfur. Finishes with some body. Sneaky with the ABV.

$11.99 bomber from Greenwood Gourmet Grocery. Pours very pale golden, almost no color. Lots of bubbles, no head. Aroma is funky apple, dust, champagne. Taste is bitter apple (with just a tinge of back end sweetness), glue, light earth, light woodiness. Well made, but unmemorable.
