33cl bottle: BB 3rd Nov 2017. Drank in my hotel room in Nidri, Lefkada on 10th Oct 2017 while the wife showered. Pale golden pour, white topping. Corn, sweet corn feel to the nose and flavour, semi-sweet with a slight matallic taste,not a great Lager by any standards. Glad I found my Vergina though and feel honoured to be the 200th rater on this site.

0.5 l bottle from a local shop in Acharavi, Corfu, Greece. Pale golden, small white head. Corn. Sweet. Light body, medium carbonation, light finish. Classic bad. 43436=2.0

Can, big bubbly head, clear palish yellow color, aroma of honey and malt, flavor of honey and cooked fruit, light bitternes. A little heavy and not good.

Pretty bland beer, that focuses on hay malt profile and cold to make it passible. Lucky it was stinking hot here in Athen (even the monuments were closed midday because of it) and cold and simple was just ok enough.

Can. Clear yellow urine-like colour with a nice white head. Aroma of grass, grains and a hint of lemons. Taste follows aroma. Decent hoppy bitterness. Medium carbonation. Very refreshing and probably my favourite Greek lager so far.

Tap @ Beertime, Athens. Clear pale to medium golden colour, tall frothy white head, diminishing slowly, heavy lacing. Aroma pale malts, grain, wet hay. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, grainy, bread, hint of lemon. Mild sweetbitter aftertaste, medium body, oily texture, soft caronation, fresh, drinkable.

Can from a small shop whilst staying in Panorama, Thessaloniki, Greece. Pale golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma is of light grain and slight biscuit. Heavily sweet, minimal bitterness. Light body. First beer on my first visit to Greece. Hoping for better before I leave!
