Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Some vegetal aroma on a clear golden ale with lasting white head. Bit of bleach as well. It’s an odd blond. Some ok hop but a nasty almost chemical taste on the finish. Bottle infection? Just about drinkable but no, had to throw the last mouthful away.

33cl bottle. Drain pour. Opens without your typical hiss, pours flat, no sign of carbonation whatsoever. Smelled like acetone, apple cider with uninspiring fruit notes of possible citrus/orange. Palate was horrible, again flat with a lingering nasty apple profile that appeared a lot more boozier than a 5% beer. Palate remains oily, syrupy which is off for that type of beer. At this point, I am not throwing any more € in this brewery, most of their beers have been disappointing with clear signs of poor bottling and inconsistency between batches.

Hazy blond, lightly yellow, highly carbonated flavour. Small, fastly diminishing head. Aroma of spices, flowers, hops, thyme: very interesting and complex. Citric hoppy flavour: bit caramel and flavour. Very nice, maybe a bit watery, but for a 5% beer: what a great flavour!

Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy blond color. Light aroma of wheat. Yeast and spices. No malt flavor, just some residual sugar, with yeast, herbal and spicy off-flavors. Strong final bitterness. Quite bad.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a fluffy very white head. The aroma has notes of coriander, malt, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of citrus and pomerans, as well as lighter notes of malt and wheat, leading to a dry lemony and wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
