Baby goblet @Tree Rock. Dark, clear, thin coffee, still pour. Cooked grape, macerated apple, a little sticky caramel. Super mellow, low acidity, very slight oxidized apple, a little wildflower, subtle tannins, cooked honey, very delicate but full flavored. No ugly wax finish. Thin but runny texture, lacquer, soft acidity. Having the same base for everything is boring, so I'm glad they did this. Heard it was aged for a bit too. Very, very good.
