Sammantaget ganska ciderlik. Och god.

Very thick hazy blonde color. Virtually no head at all. The nose is mildly sour with note of oak and marmalade in the nose. The mouth is mildly sour with lots of french oak and funkiness. Very interesting though could have been done better. As this beer warms, it takes like you are licking raw oak, which takes the rating down a bit.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Dagan. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Nice funky aroma with sour fruits. Pleasant sour flavor, funky and fruity, a bit lemony. Medium-bodied. Really nice and refreshing.

Pours cloudy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Sour apricot aromas. Sharp with sour cherry and apricot upfront turning to lasting pit fruit and balsamic. I hope this is supposed to taste like this - it tastes more like a sour than a saison...

0.75l Bouteille from Terres de Bières Paris. Hazy straw golden colour, mid-sized foamy white head. Sour aroma, yeast and lemon. Light- to medium-bodied, malty with yeast and sour flavours, brett, quite funky, citrus fruit. Not Top sour, very well balanced. A real delight.

6/07/2011 75cl bottle @ home - BB: 05/2012 (2011-315) Thanks to my mom for the bottle!

Little cloudy deep yellow beer, white creamy head, unstable and bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, grapefruit, citrus, touch of band-aid. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, lots of citrus, peaches, pineapple, bit sweet but mostly sour, a good sour now (the Clandestine was undrinkable). Aftertaste: still fruity, lots of citrus.
