Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, 5.9% ABV
Cloudy blond color; the big head reduces quickly. Strange aroma, with strong Bretts and bitter citrus fruits. Dry mouthfeel, extremely acidic, with some citrus fruits, lemon juice; no need to talk of malt and hopping here. I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to brew a Lambic, but at least it didn’t end up so far from some original one, and has a perverse pleasant side.

Bottle at Chris_O bottlefest 2007. Pale lemon cloudy colour with lasting white head. Sour aroma. Sour lemony aroma. Lemony in mouth. Sourness in mouth. Sourness verges on the bleach. Interesting if unsubtle.
