Bottle at home with Lyoli. Pours cloudy gold with a white head. Aroma holds sharp, tart citrus. Flavor is piercingly sour, some citrus, some grass. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Tart, sour finish with light sweetness and some grassy bitterness. It is hard to tell if the sourness is intentional or if the beer has just gone bad.

Bottle from La Cave A Bulles. Cloudy amber beer, suddy white head. Sharply sour beer. Crisp semi dry palate. Somewhat different in it’s sourness. This is apple sour with just a little lemon - not at all lambic like. Refreshing.

Foggy yellow body with plenty of carbonation, lots of head. Aroma of yeast and hops, fruity notes. Taste is a smooth and murky mess of lemon water and not much else; this is a poor one, very weak, a disappointment after their other blonde.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of spices - coriander and cardemomme, as well as notes of peaches and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with a light acidic edge and notes of lactic acid, malt, peaches, cardemomme, milk, and lemon, leading to a dry lemony finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is barnyard and dry spiced yeasty. Dry barnyard flavoured, leading towards lambic rather than saison. Smooth dry and spiced yeasty flavoured into the finish. Smooth and light fruity lasting impression. Light citric lasting impression.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours golden with a slight haze and an off-white head. Dry, lactic and Bretty nose. Light body, extremely dry, fruity and Bretty. Dry finish. I doubt that this was how it was supposed to be, but it was still quite pleasant. 100110

Bottle. Ap: Pours cloudy yellow(golden), big but short lasting white head. Ar: Sourness. Small spiciness in the background. Fla: Sour berries. Extreme tartness in the finish. I also noticed a natural (almost honey-like) sweetness. Ov: I really loved this one! Too bad it had little too much carbonation.
