Bottle 65 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a lively but dissipating white head. Yeasty and phenollic finish - a little skunky. Medium body, heavy carbonation. Fruity, yeasty, minerally and spicy with a little cow manure. Dry and lightly astringent finish. 100110

Bottle Pours out a hazy golden toppws with a nice white head. Aroma was of spice, citrus/floral hops, and some yeast. Taste more of the spice, and light hop notes, a little fruit. A touch of the peach. Not to bad.

bottle - Pours cloudy straw colored and bubbly with a one finger fizzy head. The aroma is yeast, bananas, peaches, and some herbals. It has a sweet, yeasty, fruity flavor with hops coming in later that leads to a dry finish. It’s medium bodied and pretty lively on the palate. Good brew.

Effervescent hazy gold, with a fairly impressive head - aroma of honey, wildflowers - the jasmine is fairly present (and pleasant) in the nose - a bit of rustic, wheaty character - semi-dry and crisp, with some biscuity pale malt - light peach and fairly strong jasmine - has a slight vegetal character, as well as an overcooked rice starchiness - both of these thing manifest through the middle, but are short-lived - finishes spicy and a tad bit flinty - not terrible, but those odd flavors through the middle make it harder to enjoy.

Pours hazy straw color with thin white head. Pale malt, banana and spices in the aroma. I’m also getting a touch of barnyard. Flavor of banana, peaches, spices and yeast. Medium body with lively carbonation.

Bottle from Liquor Max. Pours dishwater gold with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty, lightly fruity. Medium body with creamy/frothy carbonation. Flavor is citrus, light stone fruit, bit of banana, yeasty, spicey. Complicated and delicious. Finishes astringent like sucking a peach pit. Mildly bitter - more astringent. Extremely pleasant taste. A bit more robust than many saisons. In a fruity sense.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. A pungeant aroma of maple, sugar camp wood, orange peels, candy sugar and alcohol. In mouth, a nice crisp malt, loads of orange peels, very nice and smooth, with notes of tobacco leaves, and warming alcohol. On tap at Blue Tusk, July 31 2009.
