Hmm, this pilsner is hit and miss. Appealing pour, with a darkish golden color, crystalline, with a firm and tall white head. Very handsome in a tall glass. Aroma is mildly hopped with a floral and thyme spiciness. There’s a bit of a honeyed toasted malt in the background. Flavor seems startingly weak however, with just a very light malt presence that is quickly diminished by a big unbalanced bitter finish. The malts seem vaguely sour or tannic. I’d want to say the palate is crisp, but it just doesn’t quite get there.

Bottle. Pour is golden, with some cloudiness to it. Smallish white head disappears quick. Aroma is dry grass, earthiness and some hops. Taste is more of the dry grass, and some really nice mineral / earthiness comes through. Really nice crisp and clean hop finish to this one. Nice Pilsener overall.

Medium yellow pour with rapidly diminishing fizzy white head. Nose is light β€” malty grain, light floral. Flavor is sweet with only a light bitterness. Lively carbonation and thin texture. Medium body. Not near as bold or complex as better pilseners, but highly drinkable.

Rated November 2006. 12oz bottle pours with a clear golden colored body that supports a half inch white head of foam. Aroma of pale/grain malts and maybe, if I really concentrate, a faint hoppiness. Flavor seems to be all malts such as pale, grainy, caramel and hay-like.

(Bottle, Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Colour is golden with amber notes, foamy white head. Nose is malty with notes of tropical fruit and grassy hops. Taste is malty with fresh, crisp notes of grassy hops, some toffee and tropical fruit. Rather dry, with grassy hops in the finish, not really bitter. Crisp and clear, but a bit too modest to make an impression.

12 oz. bottle. Slightly hazy color, with a crisp hoppy finish. Nothing overly special about it, but a very good pilsener.

Slighty hazy pale gold with athin white head. Malty-corn aroma, but I picked up a slight citrus note. Malty taste with a pleasant hoppy finish.

On Tap At Flying Pie in Boise. It is a yellow with a white head. It has a bit of carbonation as well.
