Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 8th February 2025. Slightly hazy amber with shallow, but lasting whitish foam leaving a spot lace. Aroma of fermenting orchard fruits sharp, pointed citrus in-mouth with fresh apple, and turning dairy. A finish of ripe apple, lactic notes and slight sourness. Light body and a somewhat watery mouthfeel.
