Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy and opaque brown with a small off-white head. Lightly spicy nose, a little ginger and cinnamon perhaps? Medium body with sweet malts and fruit, again light spice accents and perhaps a whiff of licorice. No bitterness. Inoffensive and not overly interesting. 221009

Bottle at EsBF09. Mild spicy aroma, subtle. Cloudy red brown colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is nicely malty, a little caramel. Mild and creamy. A bit of butter, but suits the maltiness well.

Clear amber with a tiny off white head. Sweet malty aroma with floral hops. Flavour likewise though with hints of spices. Finished sweet.

Bottle at Jydske Øldage 2009. Frothy fair white mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Plumb notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours muddy amber with a small creamy white head. Yeast, caramel and spices. Medium bodied. OK enjoyable

Hazy amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of dried fruit and orange peel, with toffee and a touch of milk chocolate. Sweetish malty and fruity flavour with orange peel and apricot notes and a good bitter finish.
