Cask @ The Boot, St Albans. Deep amber with a bubbly head. Smooth texture which is easy drinking with a light sweetness.

Cask at the Allied Arms, Reading. Amber with a thin white head; richly malty aroma; soft malty flavour with a short burst of bitterness and grapefruit, then a sustained bittersweet finish. Very pleasant.
