Сорт Le Nid Énorme сварен на основе бельгийского дюббеля при чучастии пивоварни «Метрополь» и пивовара Гийома Денайера. Мы использовали пять видов солода, включая пшеничный (правда, в новой версии уменьшили долю черного солода, предпочтя карамельный) и два вида хмеля — Hallertau для горечи и Goldings. Сухое охмеление тоже проводилось хмелем Goldings. Подачу ароматического хмеля сделали на самых последних этапах, чтобы добиться более яркой ароматики. В составе есть также кориандр, тростниковый сахар и кукурузные хлопья. Во вкусе явственно чувствуется шоколад.

Shared at a tasting, almost no head, murky lightish brown color, with some reddish hues, light jammy aroma with oxidized notes and nuts and some dustiness, flavor of cherry jam. roots and that dustiness, feels a bit light and diluted. Hasen't aged too well.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Thanks tomer. Hazy amber-brown. Dried fruits, caramel, oxidation, a bit of chocolate, malt, sweet, sugary, a bit of spiciness, medium-bodied.

2014 vintag, 5.2% abv (bottle from koht). Pours brown with beigeish head. Aroma is sweet, malt, belgian yeast, caramel, cocoa powder, fruits. Flavor is sweet, fruits, apples, dates cocoa powder, malt, some nutty notes. Carbonation is on the high side.
