Cloudy light amber color; creamy head. The aroma is very simple. But the mouthfeel is strong enough, with some sweet malt flavor; unfortunately this one as well has a puke aftertaste.

Hazy dark orange with a large off white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with malty and caramel notes. Flavour was sweet and yeasty with overripe fruits, caramel and roasted malt. Not bad.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and a bit of dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, malt, and a bit of berries, leading to a dry fruity finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a cloudy amber with a firm off-white head. Sweet caramellish and fruity nose. Medium body, very sweet fruit and honey - really your typical Soyeuse house character. No bitterness. 301109

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a thick and off-white head. Aroma is dry malty, light roasted and slight phenolic. Vague sweetness to a nice roasted and light breadish malt base. Bitter and slight acidic flavoured finish with a lingering roasted malt note.
