Since 2003, Bertrand Burcklé, farmer-brewer, has been offering craft beers created from his organic cereals grown around Lyon. Since its creation, eco-responsibility has been at the heart of La Soyeuse's approach. Its gourmet beers are brewed from local and organic barley, grown less than 10km from the Farm-Brewery.

The brewery has a capacity of 1000 l of beer / brew (annual production = 180 hl). The malt house created in 2005 produces 3 to 5 tons of malt per year. A united approach Drinking a Soyeuse is to consume fairly. A "clean", viable and livable agriculture is possible thanks to you, because your purchases influence your environment.
