Thanks Geisser for this beer, not a bad tripel with all the qualities that you could expect, malty, fruity with plum and few figs. 21.12.2017, drinking it at the flat of Geisser with some friends.

Botle at home. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruits, some sugary notes. Flavour is medium sweet with some bitterness in the aftertaste. Slightly boozy. Body is medium, a bit sticky. Rather run-of-the-mill Tripel with a bit too much sugary sweetness for me to really enjoy it.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours crystal clear yellow - gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, cakey malt, touch of white sugar, cereal, hay, some nuttiness, damp grain, grass, touch of farmyard and dough. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, firm bitterness, slap of booze, rawness, damp grass, leafy, toasty grains, bread, sponge cake and some spice in the mix with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Not much fruit character which for a tripel is unusual. Fine for the style but no game changer.

Bottle, beer bulevar garden, Puerto de la cruz, tenerife Mild yeasty Aroma, tripel spices, flavor is typical triple, lots of Belgian yeasts, fruity notes like banana, spicy herbal notes like ginger, coriander. Pretty good tripel, bit sweet, but that works well.
