Shared at Valhalla tasting. Very nice blend. Low to no carbo, thin, dry. Med sour, elegant mix of acids, med-light acetic too. Med-light tart, light bitter. Lots of flowery funk, med elderflower, light anise even. Light horse. Very nice, tasty, moreish.

Amber, with just a slight haze. Aroma is hay, barrel, musty stables, on the palate it's mild acidity, quite juicy, and then it's a bit lemony, still decently musty, a bit of pedio. This one's coming together well, though, a fairly reasonable, balanced example of unblended lambic.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled 21/03/2023; bb 26/10/43). Clear-ish gold with very minimal white head. Flat unblended lambic of quite nice quality (prefer other lambic styles more). Quite nice funk and horse blanket, light tartness, feint oak.

From the bottle at a tasting at Beer Out, Forlì, Italy. Pours intense amber, with just a hint of thin foam. Aroma is quite funky, earthy, citrus. Body is average, with minimal carbonation. Taste is medium sour. Final is fairly long.
