Glass at Fontainas. Hazy golden with no head. Sweaty, funky grain, nettles, moldy fruit, moldy apples, barnyard cider, tree bark, cow parsley, dry old cheese, parmezan. Light sweet, over medium sour and moderate bitter. Medium body. Low carbonation.

Tap at ML Fontainas. Hazy bright dark yellow with no head. Light apricot, soft flowers and herbs, quite weird, bitter duindoorn, dried peach, soft lemon. Quite sour but also quite bitter for a Lambic, barely any sweetness. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Draft at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Very hazy orange with no head. Aroma of barnyard, light vinegar, orange peel, citrus and lime. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate sour. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

2013 bottle, socially engineered sebletitje, many thanks! Hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is lime rind, yuzu, funky, very interesting. Taste is grapefruit pith, yuzu, very tart, delicious, but also kinda pure lemon juice. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Extremely interesting, though I'm not sure it's a great idea.

Cheers Ronny for saving a sample. Hugely tropical & hugely sour. Heavy floral in the taste. Fairly high bitterness. Weird but intriguing. Hint too sour.
