Bottle at Moeder Fontainas. Hazy, bright yellow with a white fizz. Strongly floral with loads of citrus notes to it. Yuzu, lemon zest, yoghurt. Very citrus forward overall. Pretty good.

Taster. Unclear yellow. Citric, zesty, funk. Medium, strongly bitter, low fruit, just aggressive in all ways. Also tart and bitter, low carbonation. Not a great one.

Intensiv saurer Beginn. Rote Beeren, spritzig, trockener Hintergrund. Hell holzig, spritzig bleibend, vollmundig, steigende Säure. Minimal karbonisiert. Pfirsich, langer intensiver Nachhall. Verdammt, mehr! 11/14/13/15//14

(750ml bottle shared @ Moeder Fontainas, Apr 29/18) Pours quite hazy pale orange with almost no head. Notes of aromatic bitter orange/yuzu peels, tart apricot, lemony lactic acidity, wood, spicy herbs, subtle cheese, light acetic acid, maybe some spicebox (nutmeg?) developing with aeration, very light tannins, citrus peel bitterness in the back end. Light to medium bodied and basically flat. Like a yuzu lambic of sorts, I would have said, had you not told me what was in it. I like yuzu so I thought it was an interesting though truly oddball experiment. Not super-drinkable but glad to have got to try it.

Bouteille 75 @ ML Original, shared with RB table, 35€ a pop.

Bottle shared with Charles at MLF, cheers! Cloudy golden orange color. Stonefruit citrus apricot aroma. Taste is tart and fruity, acetic but good complexity. Tasty.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Fruity and funky aroma with notes of old wood, peppery spice a touch of acetone. Dry and tart flavour with funk, wood and spice and a rather sharp finish.

750 ml. bottle shared @ CML Original. Orange golden with no head. Nose is funk, lemon fuk, vinegar, acidic fruit, citrus peel sour. Little carbonation, bit watery with bigger than usual lemon profile, funk, plastic, raw plastic, low bitter, sour apple, lemon. Tasty beer but clearly an experiment that didn’t go fully successful.
