This expression has developed in a 5 year Moscatel cask. The sweet wine imparts aromas of jasmine and orange blossom with notes of lime and honeysuckle on the palate. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it’s a delicious beer to enjoy now

Nose is caramel, dried fruit rinds, dates, toasted brown sugar, mellow barrel.
Taste comprises liquid fruit cake, caramel, dates, figs, Moscatel soaked oak, vinous, herb, light spice.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid work.

Bottle. Nose is sweet, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, floral,almond, jasmin (as promised on the label, it's pronounced). Taste is sweet, brown sugar, honey, leading to a pronounced floral notes, slight sherry. Very smooth mouthfeel. The floral does not undercut the sweetness enough to prevent it being a bit cloying, but I enjoyed it very much.
