Bottle pour at Quintessence 2025. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Tons of dry, grassy hops and dry straw on the nose. Flavour has dry herbal grass, lots of straw and crisp malts. High carbonation. Very nice.

Great aroma of pungent hops, and a great cereal maltiness. Some light fruit, and a touch of yeast. The flavor was upfront with the great hops, dry, and fragrant packed a great punch, and the finish was dry and bitter with some great cereal maltiness to round it off. I wish i had a keg of this for the summer. Impressive beer!

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness, online. Pours a hazy gold with small white head and nice lacing. Aroma has a fresh hoppy lemon and light yeast note with some hay and grass. Taste has a lovely fruitiness with zest, grass and spice and underlying malt. Semi drying and bitter but surprisingly moreish. Medium bodied pillowy mouthfeel, fine to zingy carbonation. Great beer, its the best sub 5% beer I've had to date.
