Cask at William IV. Slightly cloudy light yellow colour with small white bubbly head. Strong lemony aroma. Quite flat in the mouth, and with not a massive amount of distinct flavour, just the lemon you get from the aroma and maybe a touch of grapefruit. Bit thin. Finish is slightly bitter. Perfectly drinkable, but not massively exciting.

Cask at cloisters. Pours clear golden, nose is floral, peach, orange, taste is odd, funky fruit and a bit of custard.

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear, straw colour. Bubbly, white head. Beautifully fresh, Amarillo hop, with a clean, grainy malt. That’s it. Nowt left to say.

[3/4/15] Cask at Cross Keys in London. Clear golden. Fruity hops aroma with a buttery note. Flavor has mild sweetness with a buttery hint, fruity hops and a bitterish finish. Some diacetyl, but still decent and refreshing.

Cask at Old Coffee House. It pours clear golden with a thick white head. The nose is sweet tropical fruits, piss, straw and soft doughy malt. The taste is crisp, bitter, grapefruit, orange rind, lemony sherbet, pepper, straw, pissy, resin and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good hoppy blonde stuff. Sessionable fo sho.

Cask at the Old Coffee House, 21/01/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, light earthy hop notes, bread dough, straw, lemon sherbet. Taste comprises orange pith, lemon tang, hint of pineapple, straw, earthy hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi-drying closure with grass lead bitterness. Solid GB with a good hop presence for the style.

Cask@ Old Coffee House, smallish had, a little hazy lemon yellow colour, flowery aroma with somw citrus, pine and spiciness, flavour of citrus and peach with light malty hints in the back, pleasant medium bitterness and sourness and a touch of sweetness, all blending together. Very nice.
