Freshly picked Elderflowers from the neighbouring fields combine with Nelson Sauvin hops to create this wonderfully light, refreshing pale ale.

Floral, grassy delicate flavours balanced with a dry, bitter finish make this a real summertime drop made ONLY when the edlers are at their peak

Cask at GBBF'23, day three, 03/08/23. Clear golden blonde topped with a just off white head. Nose is grass, airy malts, hedgerow, subtle elderflower. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, soft malts, light breads, grains, balanced elderflower. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for an elderflower beer ... noticeable but not taking over too much.

Cask at GBBF 2009. Pale gold, lasting off white head. Looks lovely. Really quite strong elderflower, biting, over a slightly yeasty golden ale. Pretty good biting elderflower throughout. As good as the Cheriton Pots Village Elder, its predecessor? Not quite.

Cask@GBBF 2009 as "Elder Ale". Yellow color, small white head. Honeyish aroma. Quite watery. Week lime peels and honey in the flavor. Flavor basicly good but beer is too watery.
