This strong full bodied ale has the explosive combination of blackberry and cinnamon, but for 5% it has a deceptively smooth, rounded finish.

GBBF Cask. Very dark brown beer, just about clear. Light fresh porter, not too bitter or dry. Lovely light mild chocolate and a little coffee. Finishes smooth and creamy. Very nice indeed.

Cask@GBBF 2009. Dark ruby color, small mostly vanishing beige head. Aroma of coffee and some nuts. Smooth palate. Some burned malts, coffee and light sweetness in the finish. Pleasant porter. Not earthshaking, but drinkable.
