Old rating - A 500ml bottle picked up in South Wales last summer. Pours a amber colour with a white foamy head. Aromas of malt. Tastes of smooth hops, slight tangy body and a mild-medium bitter finish. Reasonable.

Bottle from Tesco in Conwy. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Floral and citrus hop. Taste: Floral hop, some citrus (tangerine and hints of lemon. Malty base. Just below medium.body, just below average carbonation. Nice one, especially given the relatively low ABV.

Cask at Borough Arms, Crewe. Pours a bright golden yellow with a small off-white head and good lacing. The aroma has caramel and toffee. In the mouthv it is sweet and creamy, but with a hint of bitterness. Flavour has summer fruits with some underlying caramel and hints of nutds. Later on traces of grapefruit and spice can be detected, leading to a slightly dry finish. I would say it was OK, but it’s probably a bit better than that.

500ml bottle. Poured a crystal clear golden blonde colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, very light sweet, with a crisp, caramel malt, yeasty, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
