Slightly Fuzzy is our mixed fermentation experimental series. We wanted to create a super session-able and deliciously refreshing beer, while carefully balancing tartness with sweetness. This one was conditioned on fresh blueberry and lime. Keep your eyes peeled for other variations in the series. Enjoy

Smells smoothie-like. Very sweet, creamy, juicy. Lactose-like. Smells like it will be on the sweeter side, but at least the blueberry smells fairly authentic and there's scant lime and no big acid overall.
Surprisingly dry in the flavor, though, with an equivalently light body. Blueberry pulp, skin, with wheat-like textures and very little sweetness. Acidity shows some lactic character but isn't punchy or obnoxious. No sign of lactose in flavor making me wonder if I was just smelling some other combination of things in the nose.
