Bottle, 1500 ml. Courtesy of Eric. Shared with him, Luka, MiroB and Frane. Black with medium brownish head. Chocolate, bourbon, cocoa, sweet, smooth. Oily. nice bourbon in finish. Everything works beautifully.

Tap. Black ink with an extra brown-blackish foam. Nose: licorice, vanilla, oak. Mouth is super balanced, sweet chocolate, praline.

On tap @Birre sotto l'Albero, Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma media color cappuccino. Naso straordinario, cioccolato fondente, frutta secca, vaniglia, legno, caffè. In bocca è rotonda, corposa, avvolgente, equilibrata, attacco dolce e chiusura amara a bilanciare, legno, liquore, cioccolato fondente, caffè. Corpo pieno, oleosa al palato, carbonazione leggera. Un capolavoro.
