Bottle of the 2010 batch with a more modern label. Pours with a hazed brown body and a small tan head that fades. Aromas of honey, sour milk, nutmeg, vegetables, cinnamon, sweetpotatoes, and raw grain. Flavors are sweet and sour. Cinnamon, grain, brown sugar, with a sharply acidic (infected) finish. Lactic acid, nutmeg. Like a snickerdoodle cookie with a vinegar glaze. Not pleasant. Lively bubbles. A flawed beer.

Bottle, shared by Papsoe. It’s a hazy, copper-colored beer with a minimal-sized beige head. Cardamom, cloves, citrus and some caramel in the aroma. The flavor has cardamom and cloves with caramel as a foundation. Citrusy fruityness to give some more complexity. Medium body. Caramel and citrus in the finish. Some obvious hints of infection in this one, but still sort of ok. 090821

Bottle. Mild Brett aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small head. Buttery flavour, but not fat and unpleasant. More like sourish and buttery and not too bad.
