Sweet oaky notes, lots of mandarin, orange, zesty tropical fruit, definitely a lot of the barrel influences showing in a big mash of sweet barrel-y notes. 1,5l from bottle at Gebrande Winning. Dark yellow rather hazy, rather big white head. Smells wood, spices, peppery, cognac, earthy. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of cognac, spices, peppery, earthy, cheesy, wood. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes wood, cognac and cheesy notes. Very very nice one. Very smooth 9, 4, 9, 5, 18

Bokkereyder Magnum shared at Nacht van de Grote Dorst. Thanks Raf and Friends. Bit hazy orange golden with big short lasting white head. Lots of funk, white pepper, light malts, a bit of apricot and caramel, soft herbs, matches, bright minerals. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Great.

Bottle at Night of the Great thirst 2017 - Lovell -Maine . Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours Rather clear blonde, small white head. Smell is full, funk, oak, mild tart. Light fruityness. Taste is full, sharp, very tart and dry, mild fruityness. Bit of the white wine in the aftertaste. Nice one !
