October ‘09 O-Town Throwdown. Cheers to Cheeseman for this one. Pours hazy brown, beige head. Aroma and flavor, cranberry, light tart mouthfeel. Interesting lambic, cranberry had a unique tartness though the actual fruit remained light. Medium carbonation.

Brown with a lasting off-white head. Funky berry aroma with American oak and tannin - quite typical American sour aroma. Sweet and drying tannin and berry flavour

Bottled. Deep amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is wood, some berries, semi-sour but also quite sweetish notes. Flavour is quite muvh the same, a rather wellbalanced fruit lambic.

2007 750ml bottle from AllDayDrinker! Thanks! Nose of light funky brett with a bunch of earthy oakiness thrown in. It appears opaque when the glass is fuller but when the level gets to less than an inch it is clear rusty red brown with a small beige head. Flavor is light, funky barnyard with some oak and light cranberries. The earthy oak mostly covers the cranberries.

Thanks to beastiefan2k for sharing - fizzy, dark amber beer - the aroma is equal parts tart cranberry skins and cherry sweetness, with some chocolate and warming spices - some tartness/acidity up front, but not as much as the aroma suggests - some mild earthy funk and fruit skins - a wee bit of leathery character - some red wine tannins - chocolate and a bit of sweetness arrive late, as do the cranberries - this is a really solid brew.

Thank you Alldaydrinker. The beer pours a dark ruby red color with a medium thick head. It has a funky and sour aroma. The sourness is very lambic-authentic. There is just a hint of cocoa and chocolate malts peaking through, way behind the sour and funk. The taste is not so sour, more of the cranberry coming through. The beer finishes with some tartness and light funk and a faint burst of sweet cocoa as well. It’s very easy drinking and a nice starter lambic.
Again, big thanks to Jeff, 750mL cork&wire, Rodenbach GC smaller tulip glass.
