0.5 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’, best before January 2018. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, grainy and metallic aroma of wheat, unfermented wort and some iron. Quite sweet, slightly grainy and a bit spicy taste of wheat, unfermented wort and bread, followed by a short, minimally bitter, a little sourish, slightly spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite drinkable and refreshing but just very bland.

Milchig trübes gelbes Bier mit ordentlicher weißer Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, süß getreidig, malzig. Geschmack süß getreidig, hefig, bananig, Citrus.

Rating from 2008: Der Geruch ist frisch-hefig und leicht alkoholfrei-brotig. Im Antrunk ist das Bier etwas laff, ganz leicht süßlich-wässrig. Zum Hauptteil hin wird das Bier brotiger-hefiger, der typische alkoholfrei-Geschmack allerdings ist kaum wahrnehmbar. Der Nachgeschmack ist frisch-süffig und leicht brotig.

Wässriger Antrunk mit geringer Getreidig- und Hefigkeit. Der Mittelteil ist wässrig, im Abgang kommen Bitternoten hinzu. Süffig aber eben fast ohne Aromen. 11/4/7/4/7/4

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a slightly hazy, orange beer topped by a small, off-white head. Sweetish fruity nose, quite grainy. Banana and some lemon makes the fruit part of the aroma. It’s medium bodied and papery, with bready, wort-like flavors and some weizen-like fruityness. Sweet, bready finish with some fruits. I’t rather have a pint of fresh tap water. 091025

Bottle 50cl.Unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, bread, dusty malt, light hoppy, dusty hops, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091025]

Bottle. Buttery aroma. Not past BB date. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. Sweet flavour. Notes of fresh white bread. Good mouthfeel. Nice aroma hop note in the finish. Too sweet.
