Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano indizi di frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare pesantemente velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si fermano impressioni di miele, pane, erbaceo, agrumi e banana.

(sample, bottle) Clear golden. Medium sweet, wheat malt, some musty, light banana. Not good.

Flasche 0,5l (ABV: 4.7%): Helles Bernstein, deutliche Trübung, feinperlig, kräftiger stabiler mittelporiger Schaum; frische + fruchtige Nase, leichte Süße, Zitrusnoten, dezente trockene Säure, Limetten, Limettenzest, Orangenschale, frische eher trockene Hopfenaromen, kräftig Malz, Getreide, kräftige Hefearomen, grüne Bananen, fruchtig-trockene Bitterkeit; frischer + fruchtiger Körper, eher trockene Zitrusnoten, leichte fruchtige Säure, Limetten, Limettenabrieb, kräftige florale Hopfenaromen, Malz, Getreide, Weizen, cremig, kräftige Kohlensäure, kräftige trockene Hefearomen, grüne Bananen, Bananenschale; fruchtig-trockener Nachgang

Mit 4,7 % Alk. eines der leichtesten „normalen“ Weizen die ich bisher hatte. Merkt man allerdings auch bei der Substanz. Geschmacklich hat das Ganze ein bisschen von Grapefruitschorle mit Spuren von Cidre. Geht also Richtung vergoren fruchtig. Eine hefige Note ist außerdem zu schmecken. Blind verkostet hätte ich das für ein recht mittelmäßiges leichtes Weizen gehalten. Überzeugt mich nicht.

Schön heftige Perlung sorgt für mächtig Sahneschaum. In der Nase sehr aromatisch, Nelke, im Trunk ebenso deutlich, fruchtig, süffig, sehr ausgeprägter Geschmack, lecker.

Süffiger, weich getreidiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, unspannend kräutrig. Süffiger Abgang mit trockenem Hintergrund. 10/8/9/8/5/8

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty banana aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy banana yeasty flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.

50 cl bottle from simply market, very cheap, i think around 80 cents or so, seems discount stuff... Pours cloudy yellow with a nice big creamy head, without lacing. Aroma is classic of the style, with wheat/dough, fruit, banana and some spice (vanilla, almond, clove, yeast), balanced by some lemon. Taste sweet, light tart. Light body, watery to dusty texture, relatively soft carbonation, short clean finish. For it’s price it’s a killer, i need to buy a full box of this, almost half the price of other bavarian weizens and it’s not so cheap stuff apparently.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a ehite head. The aroma has notes of wheat, eggs, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of bananas, straw, and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with spices, peppers, yeasts, wheat malts. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and fruity with yeasts and fruits. Ok.
