Sehr trockener, dann eher süßer als säuerlicher Beginn. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, im Mittelteil dumpf, leichte Bitterkeit. Okay. 8/9/10/9/9//9

Bottle. Clear golden color white head. Aroma is nutty, wood, leathery, super complex, maybe port. Taste is nutty, wood, tannic, lots of complexity as well, but still quite fresh. Silky mouthfeel with champenoise carbonation. Another Geuze winner from Oud Beersel, though this one is noticeably still quite young, while Vandervelden was amazing right out of the gates. Need to set back some for development.
